OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAMME The aim of this programme is to choose technical standards suitable for tender specification functions that will make it possible for the South African Department of Health to acquire the equipment and services necessary for the primary healthcare practices to perform small incineration for the disposal of medical waste. 2. STRUCTURE OF THE PROGRAMME The evaluation programme is being completed in stages, as follows: Phase 1 A scoping study to determine the obligation of the various parties and consensus on the evaluation criteria and boundaries of the lab tests.
